WATERLOO - Destiny Nevaeh Havlik, infant daughter of Douglas Allen and Tamela Anne Murray Havlik, was stillborn Thursday, May 27, at Allen Hospital.

Survived by: her parents of Waterloo; her maternal grandparents, Sharon (Steven) Soy and James Murray, all of Cedar Falls; paternal grandfather, Adolph Havlik Jr. of Ionia; and paternal great-grandmother, Beatrice Havlik of Elma.

Preceded in death by: paternal grandmother, Joan Havlik; paternal great-grandfather, Adolph Havlik Sr.; maternal great-grandparents, Walter and Marilyn Schwarz; maternal great-grandparents, James and Florence Murray; and paternal great-grandparents, Peter (Romana) Wentz.

Private family services: were held Wednesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
