WATERLOO — Penne-Lynne Kirby, 62, of Sulphur, Okla., formerly of Waterloo, died Wednesday, May 5, at St. Anthony's Hospital, Oklahoma City, Okla.

She was born Nov. 25, 1947, in Waterloo, daughter of Waymond G. and H. Bernice Bagg Potter. She married Charles "Randall" Kirby on May 19, 1997, in Denison, Texas.

Mrs. Kirby earned an associate degree in nursing and worked as a licensed practical nurse at the Veterans Hospital, Callaway Nursing Home and Indian Territory Home Health Care. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survived by: her husband; four daughters, Shelley Webb and Melanie Kirby, both of Davis, Ronni Mills of Ardmore, Okla., and Teresa (Jeremiah) Smith of Sulphur; a son, Robert Miller of Ardmore; 16 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; three brothers, Mike (Connie) and Ron (Mary) Potter, both of Waterloo, and Mark (Jenny) Potter of New York; and three sisters, Sharon Hinde of Independence, Marlene (John) Payne of Lansing and Charlene Price of West Des Moines.

Services: were Saturday at First Baptist Church, with burial in Drake Cemetery, both in Sulphur. Hale's Krien Funeral Home, Sulphur, was in charge of arrangements.
