WATERLOO — Mary Amelia Borseth, 87, of Waterloo, died Saturday, May 8, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born July 12, 1922, in Bluffton, daughter of William and Mary Bruening Magee. She married Edwin L. Borseth in September 1941 in Bluffton, and they later divorced.

Ms. Borseth was a homemaker.

Survived by: four sons, Jim (Sandra), Bill (Vicki) and Tony (Rebecca Letdje), all of Waterloo, and Ed (Jonita) of Austin, Texas; five daughters, Janice (Gary) Wilson of Grove, Okla., Amelia (Rod) Dewitz and Joanie (Jeff) Sherwood, both of Waterloo, Chris (Don) Christoffer of Evansdale and Terri (Craig) Hovey of Raymond; 20 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: five sisters; two brothers; and a son-in-law, David Dozark.

Memorial services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, with inurnment in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation for an hour before services Wednesday at the church. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Services on South Street is in charge of arrangements.
