WATERLOO - Constance M. "Connie" Miller, 87, of Waterloo, died Thursday, April 15, at Allen Hospital.

She was born May 10, 1922, in Sheffield, daughter of Harold and Esther Mae Queen Persons. She married Willis K. Miller on Feb. 7, 1953, in Waterloo.

She was a manager of the Hitchin' Post Restaurant, worked at Earl May Garden Center and was a waitress.

Survived by: her husband, Willis: a brother, Robert (Karen) Persons of Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Janice of Texas and Joanne of Iowa Falls; two daughters-in-law, Wanda of Kingsville, Texas and Connie of Lebanon, Mo.; a special nephew, Mark Persons of Georgia; four grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: two sons, Michael and Donald; and two brothers, Harold Persons Jr. and Donald Persons.

There will be no services as her body has been cremated. Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball is in charge of arrangements.
