WATERLOO - Lyle L. Froning, 75, of Georgia, formerly of Waterloo, died Thursday, March 25, in Lawrenceville.

He was born May 17, 1934 in Readlyn, son of Leonard and Florence Mohs Froning. He married Patricia Larrabee on Sept. 29, 1956, in Missouri. They later divorced.

He was employed as a salesman with Fronex Specialties, retiring in April of 1995, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survived by: his ex-wife, Patricia of Snellville, Ga.; a daughter, LeAnn Adler of Buford, Ga.; a son, Kirk A. of Duluth, Ga.; a granddaughter, Danielle Adler of Charleston, S.C.; two brothers, Leo (Mae) of Arizona and Bobby (Julie) of Seattle; two sisters, Bonnie Albers of Janesville and Marilyn Rundel of Readlyn; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by: a son, Bryan on Sept. 17, 2004.

Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hillside Cemetery, Sheffield. Public visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway.
