WATERLOO - Evelyn Zwanziger, 95, of Evergreen, Colo., formerly of Waterloo, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, in Evergreen, of natural causes.

She was born Dec. 27, 1914, in Ray, N.D., daughter of Harry and Nan Nelson. She married Wendell Zwanziger on Sept. 1, 1934, in Eldora. He preceded her in death

Mrs. Zwanziger drove a school bus for the Waterloo Community School System for 15 years.

Survived by: a son, Robert (Lavaughn) of Texas; two daughters, Peggy (Charles) Meyerann of Colorado and Betty (Robert) Loy of Waterloo; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and three sisters.

Preceded in death by: three brothers and a sister.

Graveside memorial services: 1 p.m. Thursday at Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery.
