CEDAR FALLS - Mary A. Russell, 94, of Cedar Falls Lutheran Home, died there Saturday, Dec. 26.

She was born June 16, 1915, in Havana, Cuba, daughter of Eduardo and Natalia Torres Romero. She married Raymond G. Russell on April 30, 1938, in Havana. He died May 2, 1991.

Mrs. Russell graduated from Key West High School, Key West, Fla. She worked in the Clerk of Courts Office at the courthouse in Key West.

Survived by: a daughter, Dee (John) Kressin of Waterloo; two sons, Ray Russell of Inverness, Fla., and Joe Russell of Miami, Fla.; nine grandchildren, Kevin, Kim and Chris Russell, Joe, Dave and Scott Mora, John Kressin Jr., Joey Russell and Selina Russell Ortiz; 14 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Emilio Romero of Laurel, Md.

Preceded in death by: a sister, Rose Alfaro.

Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at Locke Funeral Home, with burial in Fairview Cemetery, both in Waterloo. Public visitation for an hour before services Saturday at the funeral home.
