Julie K. Blackwell nee Frank, 41, of Schaumburg, Ill., formerly of Waterloo. Beloved wife of Dave. Loving and devoted mother of Hannah and Michelle. Dear daughter of Sherry and Donald Frank. Sister of Randy (Mary) and the late Gary and David. Aunt of Jennifer, Jon, Maureen, Natalie, Sarah, Emma and Megan. Daughter-in-law of Dean and Carol Blackwell.

In state at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 208 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, from 9:30 a.m. until services at noon Monday, Dec. 28. Interment in St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery, Schaumburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated for St. Peter Lutheran Church and School.
