WATERLOO - Larry W. Hamer, 58, of Buffalo, formerly of Waterloo, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Genesis Medical Center (West Campus), Davenport.

He was born, June 24, 1951, son of Merle "Doc" and Irene Austrang Hamer. He married Kathleen Clay on July 1, 1995, in Las Vegas.

Mr. Hamer was co-owner and operator of The Beach Pub, Buffalo.

Survived by: his wife; a son, Michael (Jennifer) of Davenport; two grandchildren; his mother, Irene (Melvin) Grimm of Dysart; a sister, Arlene (Bud) Loerch of Marion; and two brothers, Kenny (Ann) of Georgia and Lee (Diane) of Garnavillo.

Memorial services: were 10 a.m. Nov. 21 at Calvary Lutheran Church, Buffalo.

Memorials: may be made to his grandchildrens' college fund.
