DUNKERTON - Gordon H. Moeller, 80, of Waterloo, formerly of Dunkerton, died Sunday, Nov. 22, at Friendship Village, Waterloo.

He was born Oct. 8, 1929, in Black Hawk County, son of Henry W. and Martha Poock Moeller. He married Annetta Mae Nye on Dec. 24, 1949, in Waterloo. She died May 5, 2001.

Mr. Moeller worked as a control supervisor for Kent Feeds for 27 years, retiring in 1989.

Survived by: three sons, Andrew (Alice) of Dunkerton, Thomas (Jeannie) of Gilbertville and Philip (Joni) of Marion; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Rita Bentley of Denver.

Preceded in death by: three sisters, Velma Magee, Lucille Mueller and Berdina Matthias.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church, Dunkerton, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo. Public visitation from 3 to 7 p.m. today at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, Waterloo, and for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.

Memorials: may be directed to the church or Friendship Village Auxiliary.
