Thomas Hangley

Funeral service for Thomas Hangley 84, of 744 Kern Street when died of complications incident to advance age at 6:45 pm Thursday in Isolation Hospital, will be conducted at 2 pm Saturday in O'Keefe & Towne funeral home with Rev. W. D. Oetting, pastor of Emanuel Lutheran Church officiating.
Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
Born January 5, 1861 in Cambridge City, Indiana he married Julia Fabel July 23, 1920 and shortly after moved to Waterloo. Here, he was employed by the Rath Packing Company. He became ill April 1, 1944 and entered Isolation Hospital July 24, 1944.
Surviving are three stepchildren, Carl Fabel, 744 Kern Street and Mrs. Berkley Smith, 420 Prospect Blvd and Mrs. Fred Stokes, Traer, Iowa.
Hid parents and wife preceeded him in death.
