Mrs. Harold D. Trible
Funeral services for Mrs. Harold D. Trible of Route 4, Waterloo, who died of a sinus condition and leukemia at 10:20 A.M. Thursday afternoon at Allen Memorial Hospital, will be at 2 P.M.at the first Presbyterian Church.
Dr. Herbert Dierenfield, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Midwest Garden of Memories Cemetery. The body may be seen at Parrot and Wood Funeral Home after noon Saturday and will be taken to the church at noon Monday,
Mrs. Trible was active in Black Hawk County Farm Bureau work and a member of the county 4-H committee. She was the first President of the Evansdale P.T.A., a member of Bon Amicus Club, Tri S Club of Orange Township and of the First Presbyterian Church.
She was born Emma Bernice Huston at Early, Ia., April 25, 1806 the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. George W Huston.
Mrs. Trible came to Waterloo in 1923 and had resided here since that time, She was a graduate of Yorkville, Ill., High school.
She was married to Harold D. Trible March 2, 1927
Surviving are the husband; one son Graydon, and one daughter, Mary Elizabeth, at home; mother, Mrs. Bessie Huston, one sister Marjorie Lister of Waterloo.
She was preceded in death by her father.
