Eleanor Jeanne Jones Craft
1925 – 1985

Funeral service for Eleanor Jeanne Craft, 59, formerly of Algona, [Iowa], will be this afternoon (Wednesday) in the Hagerman Baptist Church in Waterloo. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories cemetery there, with the Kearns-Dykeman Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Craft died Nov. 3 of heart failure in St. Francis Hospital, Waterloo. She is survived by her husband, Donald, and 2 children: Douglas Craft, Lexington, Mo., and Debra Craft, Waterloo. There are 3 grandchildren.
Eleanor Jeanne Jones was born in Waterloo on Dec. 20, 1925, a daughter of Ernest and Ethel Worcester Jones. The family moved to Algona where she was graduated from Algona High School.
On April 15, 1945 she married Donald Craft, and the couple lived in Algona until 1958. Mrs. Craft was employed at St. Ann’s Hospital here.
Two sisters also survive; Mrs. Elise Shackleford, Davenport, and Mrs. Edna Lund, Des Moines.
