VOWS EXCHANGEDAt 3:30 Saturday afternoon in the parsonage of the First Methodist church, Miss Helen M. Webber, 1201 East Fifth street, was married to Kenneth M. Glackin, 829 West Fourth street, son of Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Glackin of Cedar Rapids.
She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Webber, Coon Rapids. Rev. Henry L. Weiss read the ceremony and Mr. and Mrs. A.A. Bontrage attended the couple. After a short trip they will be at home in Waterloo where the bride is a teacher at Emerson school.
She received her B.A. degree at Iowa State Teachers college. The groom is employed by the Northwestern Bell Telephone company at present, but he has enlisted in the navy and expects to be called soon.
