The Adair News, Friday, March 21, 1913:

Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Miller Stephenson departed this life March 11 at the age of 62 years. She was united in marriage to Henry Stephenson, Feb. 8, 1883, moving to Audubon county, Iowa. To this union were born seven children, Ralph M., William H., Mrs. Samuel Benton, Mrs. Clyde Boehme, Roy A., Dora A., and Mary E.
