The mother of the late District Judge C. E. Herrick died Jan. 2 at her home in Exira, Iowa. She had visited frequently in Northwestern Colorado.

Note: Parents of Jessie Louise Wilcutt were Charles F. "C.F." Willcutt and Amelia B. Mason. Jessie was married to Julius Earl "Boy" Herrick.
