Chris Brons, the 19-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Nels Brons, died at the home of his parents in Oakfield township last Sunday morning. He had been sick of inflammation of the bowels for only a short week and death came unexpected. The funeral took place Monday afternoon and was conducted by Reverend Gravengaard. A large procession followed the remains to their last resting place in the Oak Hill cemetery. It is sad indeed for the bereaved parents to lose their child in the bloom of youth and manhood and the family have the sympathy of all in their irrepairable loss.
