Funeral Being
Held Today For
Fred T. Boehme

Former Resident Of This
Community Died Monday
In Atlantic Hospital

Funeral services are being held
this afternoon at the Christian
church here for Fred T. Boehme,
who died Monday morning in the
Jones hospital in Atlantic. The
services are being conducted by
the Rev. Charles R. Hagee, pastor
of the church, and burial will be
in Schwenneker cemetery east of
town.

Mr. Boehme was born August
21, 1887, near Exira being a son
of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles
Boehme. He grew to manhood in
this county and was married to
Susie Schwab on December 20,
1911. For a number of years they
had made their home in Cass
county.

Surviving are one son, Glen, of
Atlantic; three daughters, Mrs.
Roland Eblen of Cumberland and
Lavone and Rose of Atlantic; a
grandson; a sister, Mrs. Mabel
Benton of Exira; and three broth-
ers, Otis of Osceola, Clyde of
Adair, and Ray of Exira.

Mr. Boehme had been ill with in-
fluenza and a complication of
heart trouble for about a week and
had been a patient at the hospital
but two days prior to his death.

Note: Parents were Charles H. Boehme and Alice Lauretta Kness.
