FORMER RESIDENT OF
COUNTY DIES IN WEST

We are in receipt of communica-
tion telling of the death of Chris
Justensen, a former resident of Ham-
lin and Audubon. Mr. Justensen lived
in this county about 25 years and op-
erated a store at Audubon and later
at Hamlin.

In 1904 he went to Reedley, Calif.,
where he engaged in the merchantile
business. In 1918 he retired and turn-
ed the business over to his two sons.

The deceased man was 76 years of
age and death was due to infirmities.
He was born in Denmark and came to
this country when a yong man. He
is survived by his wife, three sons,
Anton, Just and Edmond Justensen
of Reedley, Calif.; two daughters,
Mrs. Marie Hansen of Montana and
Mrs. Myrtle Hopwood of Culwa,
Calif., and one brother, Just Justen-
sen of Denmark.
