George Schlater and Mrs.
Susie Cannon Married

George W. Schlater and Mrs.
Susie Cannon were quietly married
in Atlantic last Thursday afternoon
at 2:30 o'clock. The ceremony
was performed by Rev.
J. H. Lindemeyer at the Zion Lu-
theran parsonage.

The couple returned to Exira
after the ceremony, and
are making their home on a farm
east of Exira.

Note: Parents of Susanna Wilhelmina "Susie" Heckman were Johann Christian "Chris" Heckmann, Sr. and Susanna Christiana Reichert. Susie was married 1st to Oliver K. Cannon (1891-1918).
Parents of George Walter Schlater were John C. Schlater, Sr. and Carolyn "Carrie" Jacobsen. George was married 1st to Florence L. Thomas (1889-1917).
