Sioux City, Jan. 3 – The murder of Lars Alexsen, a wealthy Audubon county farmer, found dead near his home, is still shrouded in deepest mystery. Detectives working on the case have no definite clues upon which to work. Not the slightest motive for the crime has been discovered.
