Local Items--

Ed Bengaard and Miss Ruth
Herrick were married Saturday
noon and on Monday they moved to
one of the groom's father's farms
where they will go to housekeep-
ing. Miss Ruth is a daughter of
Mrs. Scott Herrick of Exira. We
extend congratulations to the hap-
py couple and wich them much suc-
cess and prosperity.

Note: Parents of Ruth Magelle Herrick were Urbane Scott Herrick and Clara M. Blackner.
Parents of Edwin Fredrick "Ed" Bengard were Hans Jurgen Bengaard and Cathrine J. "Katie" Birk.
