Hugh Bowen, Jr., came up from
his home in the south part of the
township, last Saturday, and pur-
chased the best single buggy that
S. C. May & Company had.

Hugh Bowen went to Audubon
Wednesday where he goes to serve as
trial juror for this term of court.

Note: Parents of Hugh Legare Bowen (1844-1914) were William Henry Harrison Bowen and his 1st wife, Eliza Watson. Hugh was married to Margaret "Maggie" Shelledy.
