Note: Parents of Dr. John Holly "J. H." Jewell (1897-1950) and twin brother, Dr. Harrison Bonwell "H. B." Jewell (1897-1954), were Dr. Harrison Eonie "H.E." Jewell and Pauline Viola Bonwell.
