Drace Sorensen sells hogs - 1897

Drace Sornson, one of those thrifty
Oakfield township farmers, sold 49
head of nine-months-old pigs Wednes-
day that averaged 316 pounds each.
Hensley Bros. & Brown were the pur-
chasers and the price was $3.10 per
cwt. Mr. Sornson is an expert in pre-
paring hogs for the market and Hen-
sley Bros. & Brown declare this is the
finest lot of hogs they have shipped
the past year.

Note: Parents of Drace Sorensen were Andrew and Anna C. Sorensen.
