The United Creameries of the Botna
Valley convened at Exira, March 10th,
in the City Hall, R. W. Mullenger of
the Blue Grass Separator Creamery
Company was selected as President,
and J. W. Jensen, of the West Hamlin
Creamery Company, was appointed
Secretary. The meeting was a profita-
ble one for the creameries. Another
meeting will be held in about two
weeks. The following persons from
abroad were present: A. S. Collins, of
Des Moines Traveling Freight L(A)gent
of the Rock Island Railway; Nelson
Lance, of Des Moines, representing the
refrigerator car line; G. M. Reed, New
York commission house agent; U. S.
Ulridge, representing Globe Coal Co.;
S. B. Reed, agent for Chicago Cream-
ery Package Co.; Anson Peck, cream-
ery supplies, of Chicago; S. C. Hoyt,
agent for New York commission firm.
