MARRIED AT ELK HORN

A large circle of friends is inter-
ested in the marriage of Miss Ethel
Madsen and Woersaa Kelgore, which
occurred Tuesday evening at the
home of the bride's parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Thor. Madsen in Elk Horn, the
Rev. Vedebeck officiating. The immedi-
ate relatives were present. The
groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Jens Kelgore of Kimballton, and he
is locating in Elk Horn, where he and
his wife will open a combined barber
shop and beauty parlor within a few
days.

At ten o'clock the Kimballton band
of which the groom has been a mem-
ber for many years, arrived to sere-
nade the young couple, and also pre-
sented them with a fine set of silver-
ware.

Out of town guests for the wed-
ding were the bride's brother-in-law
and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Pet-
ersen of Des Moines, the latter of
whom will remain there until after
Easter.
