Services for Mrs. Clara E. Hamell, 43, of 1901 E. Walnut St., will be at noon today at Hamilton's Funeral Home, with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Hamell died Friday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. She had been a resident of Des Moines for the past 26 years.

Surviving are her husband, Earl; her mother, Mrs. Opal (Horstman) Cavanaugh of Centerville; and two brothers. Jay F. Cavanaugh of Newton and Franklin Cavanaugh of Englewood, Calif.
