Mrs. Lillian Marie Ballard, 520 North Tenth Street, Centerville, passed away this morning at 3:15 a. m. at the St. Joseph's hospital, after an illness of a few days. She became ill Thursday evening.
She was born May 5, 1925 and was 21 years, 6 months and 27 days old at the time of her death.
The deceased is the daughter of Thode and Ione Dotson of Centerville. She is well-known in this vicinity, and her sudden death comes as a severe-shock to her many friends and relatives. She formerly was employed at the McKee button factory in Centerville. Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, Paul, three
brothers and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Dotson, of Mystic. The brothers are Paul, Ronald and Russell, all of this city.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p. m. from the Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev.
David Lawrence officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview cemetery.
