Mrs. Lot Black, 66, formerly of Coatesville, Missouri but has been staying at the Guinn nursing home at 629 West Van Buren of Centerville, passed away Wednesday at
4:30 p. m. Mrs. Black was born in Missouri January 12, 1884, and united in marriage
with Lot Black who later died in 1946.
Mrs. Black is preceded in death by a daughter, one son, and her husband, Lot. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Susie Harmon of West Virginia, two sisters, Miss Effie Harmon and Mrs. Myrtle Mitchell also of West Virginia, and one son, Cletus Black of Coatesville, Missouri. She has seven grandchildren.
The body is now at the Eagle Funeral Home in Moulton. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 21, at 2 p. m. at the Eagle funeral home with the Rev. Edward Everett Withrow of Exline officiating. Burial will be in the Moulton Oakland Cemetery.
