ANDREW JACKSON SHELTON

Andrew Jackson Shelton 81, died at the home of his daughter Mrs. Ralph Greenup of 1746 Mabel Street, Sunday at 3:00 p.m.

He was born Oct. 23, 1855 at Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Sheldon had lived in Ottumwa for the last twenty-four years.

Surviving are one daughter Mrs. Ralph Greenup of Ottumwa; four sons Claude of Long Beach, California, William and Henry of Beaumont, California, and Raymond of Ottumwa; two sisters Mrs. Melissa Toland and Mis Belle Shelton of Fredonia, Kansas, and one brother Robert T. Shelton.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at Johnsons Funeral Chapel of Ottumwa conducted by the Rev. W.J. Cresswell. Burial will be made in Mystic Cemetery.
