OGDEN—WAKEFIELD
Announcements have been received in Moravia of the marriage of Miss Faye L. Ogden of Unionville, Iowa, to James V. Wakefield which occured at the Christian parsonage at Rockford, ILL., December 24th, 1927. Rev. David Wetzel, pastor of the Christian church of that city, officiating and using the ring ceremony. They were accompanied by Marvel Whalen and Howard
Moorman, cousins of the groom, and the groom's mother, Mrs. Mable Wakefield.
The bride is a highly respected young lady of the Unionville neighborhood, having made her home with Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Hicks for the past few years. She is a graduate of the Unionville High School and for the past year and one half she has taught the Pleasant Hill school north of Unionville.
The groom is very well and favorably known in this community, being a graduate of the Moravia High School. For the past few months he has been employed at Rockford, ILL., where they will make their home. Mr. and Mrs. Wakefield have many friends in Unionville and Moravia who will offer congratulations and best wishes.
