RUSSELL, drugs and stationery; also agent U.S. Express Co.; he was born April 23, 1851, in Washington Co., Penn.; in 1861, he came with his parents to Davis Co., Iowa; engaged in farming till 1869, when he removed to Little Rock, Ark., and engaged in the drug business; in 1876, came to Centerville, and took charge of his present business. His father still lives in Davis Co., aged 81 years; his mother died in 1875, aged 69 years. Republican; Presbyterian Church.
