E. M. REYNOLDS, physician and surgeon; born in Wayne Co., Ind., in 1843; located in this county in 1849 with his parents. He married Miss Martha W. Powell in 1863; she was born in Washington Co., Penn, in 1843; they have three children - Frank S., Oliver M. and William A. He is a Republican. A graduate of the E. M. Institute, Cincinnati; he has practiced in this county since 1871, and since 1873 in this city.
