Mrs. J. H. (Mary) LAUGHLIN - died 1883

Died, At her residence, near Postville, May 2nd, 1883, of consumption, Mrs. Mary LAUGHLIN, wife of J. H. LAUGHLIN, aged 41 years. This family has been sorely afflicted. Only a short time ago they lost a child and now the mother is taken. The youngest child is now sick "nigh unto death." It is a cruel world in which we live, but it is the inexorable law that all who are born must die. This family will have the united sympathy of the entire community. May that power sustain them that alone is efficacious in such trying hours.
