WILLIAM A. MOHS

William A. Mohs resident of Postville, who passed away at his home on Monday. Services were held at St. John's American Lutheran Church in Owatonna with burial at St. John's cemetery.

Mr. Mohs was born April 7, 1892 at Farmersburg, later lived in Postville, then spent the remainder of his life near Ellendale, Minnesota. He was married to Erma Henkensiefken in 1923. They farmed at Ellendale until 1943 when ill health forced him to retire. He was a veteran of World War I.

He is survived by his wife, mother, Mrs. Anna Mohs of Postville; four brothers, Lawrence and Elmer of Postville, Harry of Waterloo and Harvey of Ellendale; three sisters, Mrs. Richard Suckow and Mrs. Fred Schultz of Postville and Mrs. Florence Froning of Readlyn.

Those attending the funeral from here were Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Mohs, Mrs. Anna Mohs, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Suckow, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Mohs, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schultz and Floyd, Harold Mohs, Mrs. Florence Froning and Marilyn of Readlyn and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mohs of Waterloo
