PIONEER LUDLOW MOTHER PASSES AWAY ON SUNDAY

Mrs. Fred Stock, 82, passed away Sunday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hager, north of Postville. Funeral services will he held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 at the Schutte Funeral Home in this city and at two o'clock in the Frankville Community church. The Rev. Sinning will officiate.

Mrs. Stock is survived by four children, Mrs. Hager, Mrs. Hattie Lauer, living in Indiana, Will Stock and John Stock, the latter living in Sioux City. Her husband passed away a number of years ago.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fred Stock were conducted Thursday afternoon at the Community church in Frankville, Rev. Wilton Sinning officiating. Virgean Letchford and Betty Kneeskern sang two hymns. The pallbearers were Otto, Fred and Elmer Hager, Fred Waters, Walter Fiet and Carl __ausch. Burial was in the Frankville cemetery.

Her gravestone in the Frankville cemetery names her as Sarah J. Stock 1860-1943. She shares a gravestone with Frederick Stock.
