Donald F. Bulman, 84, formerly of Waukon, died Sunday, Oct. 8, 1995, in North Central Health Care Facility, Wausau, Wis., after a lengthy illness. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, First Presbyterian Church, by the Rev. Larry Olson, Burial: Oakland Cemetery. Firends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at Martin Funeral Home.

Survivors include three daughters, Shirley Schoffelman of Mitchell., S.D., Norma Gaertner of Bochenheim, Germany and Mary Sperduto of Wausau, Wis., and two sisters, Caryl Groth of Northwood and Leora Hall of Oklahoma City,
