Postville, Ia., Nov. 15 - Dighton W. Bray, a farmer in Ludlow township, 61 years old, died at his home Wednesday at 6 o'clock p.m. after being sick with pneumonia about one week.

He was born near Volney, Iowa, July 23, 1869, as the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bray. When he was three years old his parents moved to Nebraska, and there he lived for 23 years.

At the age of 26 he returned to Allamakee county, and in the year 1900 he was united in marriage with Miss Nellie Meikle. He is survived by his wife and two sons, Lyman and Clarence Bray. There are also four brothers, Victor Bray at Weston, Ia., John Bray, Postville, Ia., Walter Bray at Village Creek, Ia., and Charles Bray in the state of Missouri.

Funeral ceremonies were held at the Community church in Frankville, Ia., Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with Rev. R. Bethel officiating. Interment was made at the Frankville cemetery.
