Waukon- Mrs. Benjamin Van Horn, 70, died Tuesday at her home in Waukon.

The former Lynville Buffington was born Feb. 28, 1880, at Spring Run, Ia. The family moved to Waukon to make its home four years ago.

She was the mother of 15 children, all living. There are 54 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Van Horn is also survived by four brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Bakke-Hanson Funeral home. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery.
