ERICSON, AHLSTROM, HECTOR

Mrs. Fred Ericson, 63, passed away Tuesday morning (Nov 3) at nine o’clock at her home in this vicinity, following an extended illness due to an incurable disease. Two years ago she underwent an operation at the Lutheran hospital, La Crosse, and for a time her condition was considerably improved.

Adelia Ahlstrom, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Ahlstrom was born in Center township July 30, 1879 and that vicinity was her home until her marriage on May 6, 1915 to Fred Ericson when they came to Waukon to reside.

Surviving are her husband and three brothers, Aldwyn Ahlstrom, manager of the West End grocery this city; Robert, Center township, and August of Marietta, Minn.

Mrs. Ericson was a member of the Baptist church and a zealous worker in its activities as long as health and strength permitted and she will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon in that edifice, conducted by Rev L.D. Eaton. Burial will take place in the family lot in the cemetery adjoining the Baptist church in Center township.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fred Ericson, 63, will be conducted Friday afternoon at the Baptist church by the Rev. L.D. Eaton. Burial will be in the cemetery in Center township. Born in Center township July 31, 1879, Mrs. Ericson had lived in that vicinity until her marriage to Fred Ericson May 6, 1915, after which they came to Waukon. Surviving are her husband and three brothers, Aldwyn Ahlstrom of Waukon, Robert of Center township and August, Marietta, Minn.
