Harpers Ferry- Joe Valley, 68, died Saturday, Apr. 13, 1996, in Memorial Hospital, Prairie du Chien, Wis., following a lingering illness. Services: 10 a.m. today, St. Ann-St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial: Paint Rock Cemetery. Arrangements are with Hanson Funeral Home, Waukon.

Survivors include his wife, Marian; a daughter, Mary Jo Walcott of Harpers Ferry; two sons: Jerry of Harpers Ferry and Ralph of Nashville, Tenn.; and two brothers, Joseph of Buffalo and Harold of Waukon.
