Waukon- Eugene Deal, 88, died Saturday, July 26, 1997, in Lutheran Hospital, La Crosse, Wis., following a lengthy illness. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at Martin Funeral Home, Waukon. Services will follow immediately at the funeral home. Burial: Rossville Cemetery, Rossville.

There are no immediate survivors.
