Louis (Lewis, according to his gravestone.) Buntrock, 30, of French Creek, was killed on the 1st. ult., when a tree fell on him. A wife, three children, parents and brothers survive.

Louis Buntrock of near Waukon was killed when a huge tree he was chopping fell on him.
Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows his name is spelled Lewis and that he was born May 10, 1886 and is buried in the French Creek Methodist Cemetery.
