Orella P. Samek, 87, died Tuesday, May 31, 1994, in Veterans Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday, First Presbyterian Church, by the Rev. Larry Olson. Burial: Oakland Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Martin Funeral Home.

Survivors include a son, Lee of Columbus, Wis; and a brother, Earll Thomas of St. Maries, Idaho.
