Waukon, Ia. - Mr. and Mrs. George E. Slone arrived from Mitchell, S.D., last week with the remains of their only child, a boy of nine years, who succumbed to an attack of blood poisoning Memorial Day.

There is a George E. Stone born Iowa, who lived in Mitchell, SD on the 1910 census. He was born in 1879, husband of Mary. Their son Earl L. age 9, was born in Iowa.

The father George E. was the son of Luther K. & Mary nee Barrett who are both buried in
Oakland cemetery. George & Mary are both buried in Mitchell, SD.
