Waukon, Ia. - Mrs. Celia Plein, 79, Waukon, Widow of John Plein, died Monday at the Waukon hospital following eight months hospitalization for a fractured hip.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church here, with burial at the Bankston Cemetery. Friends may call at Bakke and Hanson Funeral Home here, where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Fred Hancock and Mrs. Mike Sweeney, both of Waukon, and one brother, Edward Quillin, Waukon.
