Lansing, Ia. - Funeral services for William O. Severson, 62, will be held here Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Federated Church with John Kile officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Severson, who followed the barber's trade here for 40 years until he was left a semi-invalid in 1941 following a paralytic stroke, died suddenly at his home Saturday ight of a heart attack. He was fatally stricken while taking a bath.

He was born in Lansing, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Sigvardt Severson. He was graduated from Lansing High School in 1897 and on April 2, 1918 was married to Rose Thompson.

Surviving are his widow; one daughter, Mary Ellen at home; one sister, Mrs. Hilda Blagen of Waukon; and one brother, Martin, also of Waukon. Mr. Severson was a member of the Masonic lodge.
