Waukon - Funeral services for Mrs. Fred Gilson, 45, of Burlington, Ia., will be held from the Bakke and Hanson funeral home to the Presbyterian church Wednesday afternoon. The Rev. A.H. Grossheim, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in Oakland cemetery.

Mrs. Gilson, formerly of Waukon, died in a Burlington hospital Saturday, following surgery an hour before. She was born as Rosella McGuire, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James McGuire, in Lafayette township, south of Lansing. Following her marriage here to Fred Gilson, they lived in Burlington.

She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Katherine McCargar, Newton, Ia., and Marie and Rosella, both at home; and three sons, Leo, Frank, and Billy, the latter three years old.
