Mrs. Magdalene Wintrick, who moved to Waukon from Post township a few weeks, died here Thursday, April 22. She was born in Switzerland and was aged 75 years. Her husband died six months ago and she is survived by two sons and two daughters.- Waukon Journal.

The remains were brought to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gaddes Brooks, in Postville, Sunday, and on Monday were shipped to Elgin for interment.

Added by S. Ferrall: The obit of her son Christian (d. 1953) gives her maiden name as Magdalene Brennaman, w/o Christian Wintrick.
